Qualifications

• Ten years’ pharmaceutical experience, including eight years in market access.
• European rare disease pricing, reimbursement, launches, and approvals.
• Expertise in payer systems, economic models, and HTA submissions.
• Knowledge of NICE, ZIN, TLV, QALY frameworks and free-pricing markets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and matrix leadership.
• English fluency; other European languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead rare disease access strategies aligned with global objectives and country needs.
• Differentiate pricing approaches across cost-effectiveness and list-price markets.
• Monitor European policies, payer trends, and reimbursement frameworks.
• Adapt global access tools for regional stakeholders.
• Manage HTA dossiers, pricing negotiations, and reimbursement submissions.
• Collaborate with medical affairs on evidence and HEOR plans.
• Engage payers, policymakers, advocacy groups, and public affairs teams.
• Build collaboration through advisory boards, landscape assessments.
