Job summary

Ipsen Pharma (SAS) seeks a Business Operations Expert for R&D and Medical to optimize service delivery across 30 SaaS and on-premise applications. You will lead IT/Business governance, manage vendors, and align IT services with R&D and Medical objectives in a global, matrix organisation.

The role requires strong experience in outsourcing, KPI/SLA governance, and translating business needs into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or project management.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• ITIL certification or equivalent service management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service delivery management across R&D and Medical applications.
• Manage outsourcing and vendor relationships, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate the global application landscape for R&D and Medical.
• Define and monitor the continuous improvement plan for applications and services.
• Lead risk analysis and governance with IT partners and stakeholders.
• Communicate updates and manage transitions from build to operations.
