Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is seeking a BD Strategy Operations & Excellence Lead to drive the Global Partnering transformation, delivering structured operations, robust dashboards, and strategic project execution. The role interfaces with EVP/SVP levels and cross-functional teams across Ipsen.

The position requires autonomous leadership of the GPEI Operations pillar, VC management, and delivery of key corporate objectives within Oncology, Rare Disease and Neuroscience initiatives.

Qualificações

• Strategic thinking and problem solving at enterprise level.
• Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to interact with EVPs/SVPs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in deal making, partnerships, or BD/M&A is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and own the operating model for GPEI Operations.
• Define governance for performance metrics and dashboards.
• Drive strategic transformation through cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across Ipsen groups.
• Act as a catalyst for alignment between senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Autonomously manage cross-functional workstreams.
