Job summary

Ipsen This IT role in Paris leads the operations, governance and continuous improvement of the digital solutions supporting Ipsen’s Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics functions globally. You will partner with business teams and IT stakeholders to ensure reliable platforms that deliver measurable value.

You will manage SaaS services, vendor relationships and lifecycle governance, balancing regulatory needs with business priorities in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT application management, service delivery or business operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of commercial business processes and experience managing SaaS solutions and vendors.
• Ability to operate across business and technology teams with stakeholder engagement and service improvement.
• Proven skills in applying data and insights to optimise performance and risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational management of a global ecosystem of Commercial, Marketing, GPPS and Ethics applications.
• Translate business requirements into sustainable technology solutions and support operational needs.
• Drive governance, service levels and continuous improvement with external partners.
• Manage application releases, transitions and operational roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships across business, IT and external partners to align delivery with objectives.
