Prysmian Group is seeking an R&D Draw Process Engineer in Douvrin, France, reporting to the R&D Draw & Measurement Manager. You will drive draw process development for new optical fibers, including multicore and polarization maintaining designs, in a hands-on industrial setting.

You will manage projects, run experiments, and collaborate across departments to ensure successful technology transfer to production, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bac+5 engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in industrial R&D environments is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define, plan, execute and qualify R&D projects for new draw products.
• Initiate and monitor experiments to drive process innovation.
• Coordinate with Product, Process Control, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Organize training to transfer knowledge within the team.
