Job summary

LGC Standards in France is seeking a Quoting Specialist (m/f/d) who speaks French and English to support customers with quotations and sales processes in a hybrid role based in Molsheim. You will help customers access needed products, provide expert quotation support and build trusted partnerships throughout their journey.

This role demands strong commercial awareness, a passion for customer experience, and collaboration with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to ensure quality service

Qualifications

• Fluent French and strong English language skills are a must.
• Experience in customer service, quotations, sales support or similar.
• Proactive mindset with desire to help customers succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and business systems such as Salesforce/IFS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
