Job summary

LGC Standards, a division of LGC Group, is hiring a Quoting Specialist (m/f/d) who is fluent in French and proficient in English. This hybrid role is based in Molsheim, France, with 2-3 days in the office per week, and focuses on delivering accurate quotations and proactive customer support across multiple channels.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service to drive quotations, manage inquiries, and contribute to a seamless customer journey for life sciences and laboratory

Qualifications

• Fluent French and strong English language skills are required.
• Experience in customer service, quotations, sales support, inside sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Proactive mindset with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, IFS or similar.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Frenchand strong English language skills are a must
• Experience in customer service, quotations, sales support, inside sales or a similar customer-facing role
• A proactive mindset and genuine desire to help customers succeed
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Experience using CRM systems and business systems such as Salesforce, IFS or similar
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions

Nice to have

• Experience within life sciences, chemistry, laboratory products or another scientific environment
• Experience supporting international customers
