Lonza Group Ltd. in Colmar, France, seeks a client-facing technical specialist to support international customers across Europe, the Maghreb and Turkey. This is an office-first role with 20% remote flexibility and about 50% travel.
You will be the primary technical point of contact, deliver high-quality support on-site and remotely, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations while ensuring GMP and regulatory compliance.
The actual location of this job is in Colmar, France. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. This is a client-facing technical role connected to our Colmar site, offering the opportunity to support international customers while delivering high-quality technical expertise across Europe, the Maghreb region, and Turkey.
Office-first roles This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week), combined with approximately 50% travel to client sites.
