Alice & Bob is seeking a senior digital marketing leader to own and scale our social media and email channels. You will drive growth strategy, content creation, and community development while collaborating with R&D, Marketing leadership and design partners.

You will translate complex quantum science into accessible narratives for researchers and curious teens, shaping brand credibility and employer branding across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of digital marketing, communication, growth marketing or content creation.
• Proven track record launching and growing social media channels or online communities with measurable results.
• Native or C2-level written English with published work.
• Advanced technical and scientific communication; ability to translate complex content for diverse audiences.
• Fluent with AI tools for content creation and workflow.
• A pragmatic problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
• Love for social media and building communities.

Responsabilités

• Own the digital communication calendar in collaboration with PR and Content teams.
• Plan and execute channel expansion across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram and more, with growth KPIs.
• Build and grow email marketing, including segmentation, templates, and strategy.
• Develop science communication skills with researchers and monitor competitors.
• Select and manage external providers to scale digital communication.
• Manage community interactions, monitor feedback, and uphold brand voice.
• Oversee weekly creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across channels.
• Interview scientists and engineers to turn stories into social-native content.
• Translate complex science into engaging narratives for diverse audiences.
• Report and analyze marketing data and KPIs.
