Alice & Bob is building the first universal quantum computer and seeks a leader to scale quantum education from inside out. You will design and run the internal Academy, create a world-class Summer School for doctoral researchers, and help co-create a master’s degree with leading European institutions.

You will build an academic ecosystem: partnerships with universities, labs, events, and an education platform offering workshops, certificates, and executive programs for partners and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and managing programs at the intersection of science, education, or research.
• Master's degree or equivalent; PhD appreciated but not required.
• Ability to engage credibly with physicists and translate for non-experts.
• Track record of launching programs from scratch.
• Strong academic/research network worldwide.
• Experience managing institutional partnerships across academic, regulatory or corporate stakeholders.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent English and French communication.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead Alice & Bob's internal quantum education program.
• Design and run Alice & Bob's annual Summer School for doctoral researchers.
• Own Alice & Bob's academic community strategy.
• Lead the long-term co-creation of a competitive Master's degree in quantum physics.
• Develop Alice & Bob's Academy into an ecosystem platform.
