Alice & Bob is seeking a senior leader to build and scale our quantum education initiatives. You will design, implement, and govern programs that uplift quantum literacy across the company, universities, and partners, including a world-class doctoral summer school and a collaborative master’s degree program.

You will recruit, coordinate, and align internal scientists with external experts, manage partnerships across Europe, and shape an education ecosystem that positions Alice & Bob as a global

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and managing programs at the intersection of science, education, or research in academia, industry, or institutional settings globally.
• Master's degree or equivalent in physics, engineering, education, or related; PhD appreciated but not required.
• Strong understanding of quantum computing to engage credibly with physicists and translate for others.
• Track record of building structured programs from scratch — curricula, bootcamps, summer schools, or certificate programs.
• Fluent communication and facilitation in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead Alice & Bob's internal quantum education program.
• Design curriculum and learning modules across levels.
• Establish annual Summer School for doctoral researchers.
• Develop academic partnerships and CIFRE thesis program.
• Own Alice & Bob's academic community strategy and engagements.
• Lead the long-term co-creation of a competitive Master’s degree in quantum physics.
• Develop Alice & Bob's Academy into an ecosystem platform.
