C12 in Paris is hiring an Operations & Reliability Manager to build and lead a team that ensures continuous facility availability and scalability for our quantum-technology lab. You will drive preventive maintenance, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, R&D, Qubit Control and Software.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in operations, maintenance or reliability in a technically demanding, critical-uptime environment.
• Proven track record of leading and growing technical teams.
• Experience owning an operations budget and managing external contractors and suppliers at scale.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Hands-on with CMMS and facility monitoring systems (GTB, SCADA).

Responsabilités

• Build, lead and grow the Operations team.
• Manage and grow a team of technicians across facilities and equipment.
• Own facility and equipment availability and KPIs (uptime, MTBF/MTTR).
• Develop the preventive-maintenance program for cryostats and cleanroom tools.
• Own the facility data layer and monitoring dashboards with the Software team.
• Coordinate with external service providers and manage the budget.
• Support design, commissioning and readiness of new facilities.
