C12, based in Paris, is seeking an Operations & Reliability Manager to lead the lab’s Run and Build activities, ensuring reliable production facilities and scalable operations across cryogenic and cleanroom environments.

You will own the maintenance program, build a capable team of technicians, manage budgets, and partner with R&D, Qubit Control and Software to keep operations robust as we scale our carbon nanotube qubit platform.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in operations, maintenance or reliability in technically demanding environments.
• Experience leading and growing technical teams.
• Experience owning an operations budget and managing external contractors.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Build, lead and grow the Operations team across Run and Build initiatives.
• Own preventive maintenance programs for cryostats, cleanroom tools and facilities.
• Own the facility data layer and monitoring dashboards with the Software team.
• Ensure availability of facility utilities (power, water, gas, HVAC, cooling, cryogenic systems).
• Structure on‑call rotation and eventual 3x8 shift coverage; define escalation paths.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Qubit Control and Software to meet service commitments.
