C12 is scaling its quantum computing facility in Paris and seeks an Operations & Reliability Manager to build and lead the operations team, ensuring high availability of cryogenic and cleanroom systems. You will own preventive maintenance, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with Production, R&D, Qubit Control and Software to support growth.

You will lead a run-and-build operating model, establish KPIs, and drive the shift to predictive maintenance as data matures, while managing budgets

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in operations, maintenance or reliability in a technically demanding, critical-uptime environment.
• Proven track record building preventive-maintenance programs.
• Experience owning an operations or facility budget and managing external contractors.
• Experience owning a facility data layer and KPIs with a software team.
• Understanding how a facility network fits together (power, water, gas, HVAC) and ramping up cryogenics/cleanroom specifics.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Operations function, covering Run and Build projects.
• Manage and grow a team of technicians across facilities and equipment, with clear operating rhythm.
• Be the operational owner of facility and equipment availability and escalation.
• Set and be accountable for operations KPIs: uptime, lost production days, maintenance ratios, MTBF and MTTR.
