C12-Quantum-Electronics in Paris is seeking an Operations & Reliability Manager to build and lead a team ensuring the facility is available, robust, and scalable as we grow our quantum computation lab. You will own day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, and reliability initiatives across cryogenic and cleanroom systems.

You will guide the on-call and shift coverage, manage budgets, and collaborate with Production, R&D, Qubit Control and Software to align service commitments with evolving

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in operations, maintenance or reliability in a technically demanding environment.
• Proven track record building and leading preventive-maintenance programs.
• Experience owning facility operations budgets and managing external contractors.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead the Operations function for day-to-day and project work.
• Grow and manage a team of technicians across facilities and equipment.
• Own facility availability, KPIs and escalation processes.
• Own preventive maintenance programs for cryostats, cleanroom tools and facilities.
