Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee internal and external quality processes in Saint-Ouen-l’Aumône. Reporting to the Quality Director, you will manage customer and supplier complaints, tackle quality questionnaires, and help update product specifications, collaborating with production, supply chain, R&D and sales to ensure compliance.

Formación

• Degree in Quality, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience in complaint management or quality roles is a plus.
• Meticulous, analytical, and strong customer service mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage, analyze, and process customer and supplier complaints.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure effectiveness.
• Lead internal investigations and propose improvements.
• Respond to customer quality questionnaires and update product specs.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, R&D, and sales for compliance.
• Provide regular reports to the Quality Director.
• Lead investigations into out-of-specification results.
