Job summary

Jce Biotechnology in France is seeking a Quality Officer to drive regulatory compliance and performance of our equipment. You will define customer needs and lead final validation, ensuring adherence to GMP and ISO standards across projects, locally and internationally.

You will build qualification strategies, draft IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports, oversee testing, and collaborate with technical teams, production and customers.

Qualifications

• This role requires strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP and qualification fundamentals.
• Experience in defining customer needs and validation activities is essential.
• Ability to analyze, structure and improve process reliability within a pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the equipment qualification strategy from customer specifications to final validation.
• Draft IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports and oversee testing.
• Ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, production, after-sales service and customers on-site in France and internationally.
• Travel to customer sites on occasion.

Job description

As a Quality Officer, you play a key role in the regulatory compliance and performance of our equipment. You ensure that every project meets quality requirements, pharmaceutical standards and applicable regulations, from defining customer needs through to final validation.

Responsibilities:

You build and implement the equipment qualification strategy, from analyzing the customer’s specifications through to final validation. You draft IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and reports, oversee testing, and ensure strict compliance with pharmaceutical standards, GMP and regulatory requirements.

Working directly with technical teams, production, after-sales service and customers, you take part in high-value projects in France and internationally, and follow up on equipment through to on-site installation, with constant attention to product quality and equipment reliability.

Candidate Profile:

This role is suited to rigorous, curious and committed candidates drawn to regulated environments and product quality. You are proficient in ISO standards, GMP and the fundamentals of qualification, and enjoy analyzing, structuring and improving the reliability of processes.

With strong interpersonal skills and a genuine customer service mindset, you know how to champion quality with both internal teams and customers, and contribute to IQ/OQ/PQ validation in a demanding environment.

Beyond the Role:

Occasional travel to customer sites should be expected.
