Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Quality Development Architect to join the Central Quality Organization (QMD) in Toulouse. You will craft quality process architectures and define preventive standards for automation and robotics technologies on the nextGen Aircraft program.

You will evaluate technology maturity with Engineering and Production, deploy PFMEA/SPC/MSA standards, and lead 8D/9S root-cause analyses to continuously improve the quality system within a global aerospace environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to define quality architecture for development projects.
  • Experience with integrating manufacturing quality requirements into programs.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and quality tools.

Responsabilités

  • Define quality process architecture and integrate manufacturing quality requirements into development projects (nextGen).
  • Evaluate technology maturity (TRL/MRL) during gate reviews with Engineering and Production.
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering in deploying preventive quality standards (PFMEA, SPC, MSA) on technology projects.
  • Conduct machine capability studies on automated solutions using recognized statistical methods.
  • Lead root cause analysis (8D/9S) and capture lessons learned to improve the quality system.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Quality Development Architect (f/m) to join our Central Quality Organization (QMD) based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of a team developing automation and robotics solutions for composite technologies on the nextGen Aircraft program. As part of the team, you will be involved in quality process architecture and preventive standards definition aiming at guaranteeing the required quality level for future aeronautical programs.
