  • Process Assurance Excellence : Conduct Process Assurance Reviews and serve as a quality panel member in Design Reviews. You will establish clear evidence of compliance to Formalized specifications development processes following the V-cycle, from specifications to integration and validation of certifiable embedded softwares. You help teams to identify gaps and define recovery actions ahead of program milestones.

  • Technical Background : A first experience in embedded software development (SCADE, DO-178/DO-331), combined with foundational knowledge or a strong interest in systems engineering and MBSE methodologies. We value your drive to learn and develop these skills on the job just as much as your current technical background.
  • Soft Skills over Perfection : Because this role relies heavily on human interaction and coaching, your open mindset and willingness to support others are just as crucial as your technical expertise.
