Airbus in Toulouse, France seeks a Quality Development Architect to join the Central Quality Organization. You will shape the quality process architecture for nextGen aircraft programs and drive preventive quality standards across development and manufacturing teams.

Key responsibilities include evaluating TRL/MRL during gate reviews, supporting PFMEA/ SPC/MSA deployments, and performing machine capability studies on automated solutions. Willingness to travel internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering with relevant aerospace quality experience.
• Expertise in composite technologies, robotics, automation and statistical methods.
• Strong knowledge of preventive quality tools and APQP framework.

Responsabilités

• Define quality process architecture and integrate manufacturing quality requirements into development projects.
• Evaluate technology maturity (TRL/MRL) during gate reviews with Engineering and Production.
• Support Manufacturing Engineering in deploying PFMEA, SPC, MSA on technology projects.
• Conduct machine capability studies on automated solutions using statistical methods.
• Lead root cause analyses (8D/5 Whys/Ishikawa) and capture lessons learned to improve the quality system.
