Voodoo in Paris is seeking a creative art leader to guide the visual direction of our puzzle titles. You will shape the art style, lead a team of artists, and collaborate closely with the GM to maintain a high-quality, scalable visual identity across mobile games.

You will build style guides, mentor artists, and drive asset pipelines while iterating based on live data and player feedback. This role blends leadership with hands-on design, in a dynamic, globally distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or mentoring artists and elevating creative output.
• Strong Unity skills with in-engine implementation and optimization.
• Excellent 3D/2D design skills with strong visual hierarchy and readability.
• Experience contributing to or owning art direction, including style guides and asset pipelines.
• Experience with LiveOps features or A/B testing.
• Keen eye for emerging mobile game trends and learning from successes.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the art development for puzzle titles and establish the visual identity with the GM.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists to maintain high quality across deliverables.
• Create and maintain a UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries for the team.
• Create high-quality 3D/2D assets and ensure performance on mobile devices.
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data.
• Champion creative ideas to boost engagement and elevate the player experience.
