Voodoo in Paris seeks an experienced Art Director to own the overall visual direction of a high-potential midcore title. You will define the art vision, ensure stylistic consistency across UI, characters, environments, VFX, and animation, and drive a world-building aesthetic from concept to live product.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary art team, collaborate with the General Manager to align visuals with gameplay goals, and contribute hands-on to key assets when needed.

Qualifications

• Shipped mobile title experience.
• End-to-end ownership of a game's visual identity.
• Lead multidisciplinary art teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English communication is required.

Responsabilités

• Define and own artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency and alignment with product goals.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, and animation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary art team with clear creative direction.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align visual direction with gameplay intent and player experience goals.
• Actively contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting where needed, setting quality benchmarks.
