Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as an Art Director or Senior Lead Artist on at least one shipped mobile title.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a gameidentity.
• Fluent in English.

• Define and own the artistic vision for the game, ensuring consistency with product goals.
• Establish and maintain a cohesive visual style across all art disciplines — UI/UX, characters, environments, VFX, animation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary art team with clear direction and feedback.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to align visual direction with gameplay intent.
• Drive visual style guides, asset pipelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Contribute hands-on to key art assets and concepting when needed.
• Champion player-centric design using live data and playtesting insights.
