Job summary

Voodoo in Paris is seeking a dedicated UI Artist to reinforce our internal studio's puzzle game portfolio. You will design and implement scalable UI in Unity, create asset libraries, and ensure mobile performance while aligning with our visual language.

You'll collaborate with designers and cross-functional remote teams, iterate quickly with live data, and contribute to player engagement through UI improvements. This role offers a competitive salary and premium benefits in Paris.

Qualifications

• Strong Unity skills with ability to implement and optimize directly in engine.
• Excellent 3D/2D design skills with attention to visual hierarchy.
• Experience with A/B testing or LiveOps features.
• Keeps up with emerging mobile game trends and learns from success cases.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional remote teams.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Artist in the ideation and execution of the game’s vision.
• Design and implement a high-quality, scalable UI from concept to final integration in Unity.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive UI Style Bible and reusable component libraries.
• Create high-quality 3D/2D assets (characters, assets, props and environment art) and ensure optimal performance across mobile devices.
• Setup, integrate, and animate UI scenes in Unity.
• Work with Game Designers to ensure UI supports gameplay and accessibility goals.
• Iterate quickly based on team feedback and live user data.
• Propose creative ideas to boost player engagement and improve the user experience.
