Job summary

Everpure is seeking a District Sales Manager for Public Sector in Paris to lead and grow a high-impact sales district. You will hire, coach, and manage Account Executives while collaborating with Sales Engineers, partners, and Marketing to drive data-platform-based deals for the public sector.

You will shape the go-to-market strategy, champion data sovereignty in every deal, and build domain expertise across the public sector.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams within the IT industry.
• Experience owning a district or regional business, driving team quota attainment.
• Strong public sector/government sales and procurement knowledge, including data sovereignty considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a high-performing district by hiring and developing Account Executives.
• Drive sales execution with disciplined methodology, healthy pipeline, and regular reviews.
• Lead sovereignty-first GTM and position modern data platforms against legacy approaches.
• Develop vertical depth for public sector success by industry-specific approaches.
• Orchestrate the partner ecosystem to enable indirect sales motions.
• Analyze sales metrics and market trends to accelerate district growth.
