Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned manager in Bordeaux to organize and coordinate team activities within passenger transport. You will support anti-social behavior prevention, monitor performance across leadership levels, and ensure aligned conduct with company standards.

The role collaborates with the QSE department to uphold safety and reduce absenteeism. Requirements include 3+ years in management or supervision in transport, a valid Category B licence, sworn authorization for ticket

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in fraud prevention.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
• Sworn authorization for ticket inspections and reporting of traffic offenses.
• Strong computer skills.
