Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned manager in Bordeaux to organize and coordinate team activities within passenger transport. You will support anti-social behavior prevention, monitor performance across leadership levels, and ensure aligned conduct with company standards.

The role collaborates with the QSE department to uphold safety and reduce absenteeism. Requirements include 3+ years in management or supervision in transport, a valid Category B licence, sworn authorization for ticket

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in fraud prevention.
Valid Category B driving licence required.
Sworn authorization for ticket inspections and reporting of traffic offenses.
Strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

Ensure the organization and coordination of team activities.
Support efforts to combat anti-social behavior, including fare fraud.
Monitor and drive individual and collective performance of the CEV, VP and multi-skilled VPs in the group.
Manage occupational safety with support from the QSE (Quality, Safety & Environment) Department (DQSE).
Ensure that the professional conduct of the CEV, VP and multi-skilled VPs aligns with company standards and values.
Monitor and manage absenteeism.
