Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years managing HV/LV operations, preferably in transport infrastructure.
• Knowledge of low-current/telecommunications systems and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Contractual and administrative monitoring.
• Monitor PRO/ACT activities and oversee delivery of PRO/DCE deliverables.
• Verify deliverables and ensure conformance with the project brief.
• Monitor EXE activities and establish controls for remaining design issues.
• Track technical approvals (visas) issued by MOE/project team.
• Monitor SID resolution and sign‑offs.
• Ensure timely submission of input data (quality and dates).
• Ensure submission of design mock‑ups (dates).
• Monitor integration/synthesis.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance of works.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports including budgets and schedules.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Contractual and administrative monitoring
• Monitoring PRO/ACT activities: overseeing the production of PRO/DCE deliverables
• Verification of deliverables, design and compliance with the project brief
• Monitoring EXE activities: tracking documentation and establishing controls for remaining open design issues
• Tracking technical approvals (visas) issued by the project management team (MOE)
• Monitoring the resolution and sign‑off of SID
• Ensuring submission of input data (quality and date)
• Ensuring submission of design mock‑ups (dates)
• Monitoring integration/synthesis
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of works
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, including budgets and schedules
• Attend site and coordination meetings

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' proven experience managing high‑voltage (HV) and low‑voltage (LV) operations, ideally within transport infrastructure
• Knowledge of low‑current/telecommunication systems and associated safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills, rigor and autonomy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
