Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced transport operations manager to organize and coordinate the team activities, ensuring anti-fraud controls and compliance. You will onboard new staff, analyze field reports, monitor performance, and drive efficiency in passenger transport operations across the group.

This role requires a valid B license, authority for ticket control, and strong computer skills; onboarding and field coordination are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in management and/or team supervision in a passenger transport environment, ideally with experience in anti-fraud operations.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.
• Sworn authorization to perform ticket inspections and report traffic offences (assermentation for ticket control and infraction reporting).
• Proficient computer skills.
