Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Project Procurement Manager for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in France. You will lead procurement strategy for floater platforms, develop RFPs for 2027 pre-FEED, and coordinate with Package Managers on KPIs, terms, and supplier engagement.

The role requires strong BoP/EPC understanding and pre-FID experience. French language is not required, and the ideal candidate will have a robust track record in offshore wind procurement and a deep
