Capefront Energies is seeking a Project Fabrication Manager to oversee offshore subsea fabrication activities from coordination through delivery. You will interface with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication Yards, Quality, HSE and the Client to ensure safety, schedule and budget adherence.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale fabrication projects with international yards, plus strong planning and communication skills to drive milestones and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Project Fabrication Management within the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience on subsea fabrication projects.
• Experience managing fabrication of PLETs, PLEMs, Subsea Structures, Offshore Steel Structures, Piping systems.
• Experience working with international fabrication yards and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience coordinating fabrication subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage all fabrication activities assigned to the project.
• Ensure fabrication execution complies with project specifications, procedures and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces between Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication Yards and Project Management.
• Monitor fabrication progress and ensure achievement of project milestones.
• Review fabrication schedules and implement recovery actions when required.
• Manage technical queries and support fabrication yards throughout project execution.
• Coordinate constructability activities and support fabrication strategy implementation.
• Supervise fabrication planning, material availability and workfront readiness.
• Ensure fabrication activities are performed in compliance with HSE and Quality requirements.
• Monitor fabrication performance through regular progress meetings and reporting.
• Review and manage fabrication risks, change management and lessons learned.
• Support project governance through preparation of reports, KPIs and progress updates.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and fabrication contractors.
• Participate in technical, quality and HSE meetings.
• Ensure effective communication with internal departments and the Client.

Job Purpose

The Project Fabrication Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing fabrication activities throughout the execution of offshore subsea projects. The role ensures that fabrication works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with project quality requirements.

The position acts as the main interface between Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication Yards, Quality, HSE and the Client during the fabrication phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all fabrication activities assigned to the project.
