Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a Project Procurement Manager for a major Offshore Wind Farm Developer in France. You will lead procurement strategy for floater platforms, develop RFPs for 2027 pre-FEED, and coordinate with Package Managers on KPIs, terms, and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Good BoP / EPC understanding.
• Pre-FID experience. If they have most award experience, this is a bonus.
• French not necessary.

Responsabilités

• Focus mainly on the floater - procurement strategy & Floater selection.
• Developing RFP for floater selection and pre-FEED they want to release in 2027.
• Have knowledge of the suppliers and supply chain, working on the creation of T&Cs, working with Package Managers, KPIs, and employer requirements.
• Still need support on water column EPCI - arrays, T&I of floater, and work with Package Managers.
