Anotech is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team working on major offshore infrastructure projects in the energy sector. You will review contractor claims, assess entitlement and cost impacts, and draft bilingual contractual documents in English and French.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in contract management or related fields, with EPC/EPCIC experience on offshore platforms or FPSO projects, and strong negotiation and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in Contract Management, Contract Engineering or Commercial Project Management.
• Proven EPC or EPCIC contract experience during project execution.
• Experience working on offshore platforms, offshore substations, FPSO or FLNG projects.
• Exposure to Detailed Design, Construction, Transportation & Installation, Certification and Commissioning.
• Fluent French and professional English (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Contract Management team, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing contractor claims, notifications and change requests

Job Description

Requirements

• Between 7 and 10 years of experience in Contract Management, Contract Engineering or Commercial Project Management
• Proven experience in Offshore, Marine Construction, Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy or Subsea projects
• Strong background managing EPC or EPCIC contracts during project execution
• Experience working on offshore platforms, offshore substations, FPSO, FLNG or similar industrial projects
• Exposure to Detailed Design, Construction, Transportation & Installation (T&I), Certification and Commissioning phases

Skills

• Strong expertise in Contract Administration and Change Management
• Experience managing claims and contractual disputes prevention
• Ability to identify contractual risks and support project stakeholders in decision-making
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of French contract law is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international project environment

Languages

• Fluent French
• Professional English (mandatory)

Candidates must be comfortable drafting contractual correspondence and participating in negotiations in English.
