# Project Manager (Technical Project Management) / Project Pilot (Observability Domain)* Project Manager (Technical Project Management) / Project Pilot (Observability Domain)Context: – The ITOM team is looking for an experienced project manager to lead the Observability projects within the Operation Management roadmap and support the evolution of the platforms: Dynatrace, Zabbix, and Splunk ITSI. – The role also includes supporting brand roadmap projects in implementing non-functional Observability requirements.Main responsibilities: – Manage Observability projects: planning, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. – Ensure project management through deliverables, progress tracking, and budget adherence. – Facilitate governance bodies: Steering Committee, Project Committee, and operational meetings. – Develop and promote Observability use cases: correlation, automation, remediation, and service status updates. – Support RUN/BUILD/OPS/CISO teams in adopting these use cases. – Produce and maintain documentation, best practices, and onboarding kits. – Highlight value: KPI dashboards, MTTR, alerting, and executive summaries. – Contribute to the Digital Observability Pilot (IT Transformation Plan) and the LOCAS by Design offering.Desired Profile – Experienced, structured project manager, comfortable with cross-functional coordination. – Knowledge of or interest in Observability: monitoring, APM, logs, AIOps. – Ability to unite, explain complex concepts clearly, and support teams. – Proficiency in producing executive materials (Executive Committee, sponsors) and facilitating decision-making bodies . – Expertise in value-driven and deliverable-driven project management, with the ability to ensure budget adherence. – Rigor, foresight, analytical skills, and a focus on delivering value. – Good understanding of IT architectureFounded in 2008, Kéoni Consulting is an IT consulting and engineering firm specializing in the banking, financial markets, insurance, and industrial sectors.
