Job summary

Kéoni Consulting is seeking an Operational Pilot / Project Manager (MOE) to lead non-production environments, data population, and deployment orchestration. You will manage environment refreshes, data provisioning, and coordinate releases for testing in collaboration with SAPS CIP teams.

# Project Manager (MOE) - Operational Pilot* Project Manager (MOE) - Operational PilotCONTEXT We are looking for an Operational Pilot. The entity's activity is organized around the following 3 pillars: 1. Environments: Provide and maintain the non-production environments necessary for the different levels of testing 2. Data: Populate these environments with representative datasets 3. Deployments: Orchestrate/Automate and manage the deployment of application components.MISSIONS: – Organize and manage the refresh of non-production environments (components and data) in legacy systems, data hubs, and Salesforce. – Organize and manage the release of major versions (components and data) to user acceptance testing. – Receive, organize, and manage requests for data population in non-production environments. – Receive, organize, and manage requests for intervention on the IS test environments. – Represent E&T in committees related to projects and environment management, and liaise with the SAPS CIP teams. – Represent E&T in Agile ceremonies organized by the Product teams of the CRM and Data Trains (PI Planning, Demo, Retrospective). – Contribute to the development and sharing of E&T requirements for the environments under their responsibility. Activities: – As an operational lead, organize and ensure the successful implementation of refresh, delivery, and data population operations on the non-production environments managed by E&T. – Ensure that service delivery and support meet the entity's standards and be responsible for the proper implementation of service improvements. – Integration into a motivated, committed, and resolutely customer-focused team of environment management experts. – Work collaboratively and consistently across all E&T clients, in accordance with non-production environment management strategies.Required skills: A higher education degree in computer science, with significant prior experience in organizing and managing IT projects. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. A genuine technical aptitude and mastery of the various components of a hardware and software information system. Good knowledge of different information systems, or a willingness to invest time and effort in acquiring this knowledge.
