The project is taking place within a context of high expectations and tight deadlines, requiring rigorous management to ensure the overall progress of the transformation.Mission: The Project Manager (PM) sought will take over the management of an ongoing project, using a hybrid production approach (combining Agile and traditional methodologies). For two-thirds of their time, the consultant will be responsible for leading the project, ensuring the progress of the various epics involved. They will therefore be responsible for managing the various ritual meetings expected by the sponsor and the different "product" representatives directly linked to the project (the legacy product and its partial replacement), as well as all stakeholders who will need to refer to it. The quality of this monitoring is all the more important given the current high workload related to the ongoing 360 transformation. The remaining time will be spent managing the remaining scoping tasks required for the next phase of the project and carrying out some operational activities in conjunction with the other key member of the team.
