Thinkproject in Paris is seeking a Project Manager (f/m/d) to oversee the implementation of Thinkproject's solutions and coordinate managed operations. You will manage timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, familiarity with construction/infrastructure software, and English fluency. Hybrid working, travel, and opportunity to contribute to governance and cross-functional teams are offered.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, as Project Manager/ Lead.
• Experience with software implementation projects in construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Project Manager certificate such as PRINCE2, PMI, or SCRUM Master is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Project Leadership: manage projects from initiation to closure using standard PM practices.
• Progress & Performance Management: track progress, scope, timelines, deliverables; manage docs and risks.
• Team Coordination: lead cross-functional teams; define scope and milestones.
• Program/Portfolio Governance: align with governance; report to Project Director or Sponsor.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates to internal teams and clients.

What your day will look like

Mission

The Project Manager (f/m/d) coordinates the implementation of the Thinkproject business solution and/or coordinates the managed operations of the Thinkproject business solution, by managing timelines, risks, tracking revenues and costs, coordination and prioritization of tasks and manage and inform all stakeholders during the implementation.

Main Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Manage projects from initiation to successful closure, ensuring effective handover to the relevant functions by applying established project management methodologies and best practices.
• Progress & Performance Management: Take responsibility for tracking project progress, controlling scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensuring successful completion. Manage documentation, including project plans, charters, budget forecasts, project logs, and tracking tools, change management and risk mitigation.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that all resources are effectively aligned with project objectives. Define clear project scope and establish measurable goals and milestones.
• Program/Portfolio Governance: If the project is part of a larger program or portfolio, adhere to Program Governance and report directly to the Project Director. For standalone projects, report to the Project Sponsor, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to internal teams and external clients, addressing progress, issues, exceptions, and potential risks. Facilitate clear and open communication to ensure all parties are aligned. Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, contributing to business planning, portfolio prioritization, and innovation roadmaps
• Timeline & Quality Assurance: Monitor project milestones and ensure on-time delivery of key deliverables and final products, while maintaining high standards of quality across all project phases.

Requirements And Qualifications

• Education:Completed education at HBO or WO level (or equivalent).
• Construction Industryis highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel is required
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, as Project Manager/ Lead having managed and led projects and teams individually.
• Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of industry software solutions, best practices, and service delivery standards, as well as familiarity with the TP portfolio is a plus.
• Functional Expertise:Project Manager certificate, one of the following certificates PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate, PMI Certificate or SCRUM Master are a plus
• Industry Expertise:Strong knowledge of the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors, specifically in relation to the asset management lifecycle. Experience with software implementation projects
• Stakeholder Management:Ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.
• Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Team Collaboration:A team player, able to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward achieving shared goals
