As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading transformation and modernization projects. You will act as the bridge between our clients, our technical teams, and our partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects, on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Your main responsibilities:

• Project management: Define and manage project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Team coordination: Work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth communication and effective execution.
• Client needs analysis: Understand clients’ business and technical challenges to design tailored solutions.
• Innovation follow-up: Integrate FinOps and automation practices into projects, in line with our mission of performance and efficiency.
• Risk management: Identify, anticipate, and resolve potential project-related issues.
• Reporting: Ensure regular communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress.

Requirements

Technical skills

• Proven experience in IT project management (minimum 3 to 5 years).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing, automation, FinOps concepts, and related tools.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Ability to produce clear functional and technical specifications.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills to solve complex issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s/Master’s level – 4–5 years of higher education).
