Thinkproject is seeking a Presales Consultant for our Paris office. You will identify customer opportunities, define compelling use cases, and convincingly demonstrate Thinkproject solutions to address client needs.

Serve as an expert across Thinkproject functions, configuring and presenting solutions for Enterprise and Invest Accounts, while supporting the presales lifecycle with demos and collateral.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable.
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Experience in business assessment and strategic analysis.
• Ability to respond to RFIs/RFPs with a technical perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer opportunities and pain points; define compelling use cases and business value.
• Demonstrate why Thinkproject software addresses customer needs with demos and presentations.
• Configure and present solutions for Enterprise and Invest Accounts.
• Work through the presales lifecycle from discovery to demonstrations and scoping.
• Develop collateral: use cases, demos, storyboards, videos.

What your day will look like

We are looking for a Presales Consultant to join us in our Paris office.

You will identify customer opportunities and pain points, define compelling use cases and business value, then convincingly demonstrate why Thinkproject software is the right solution to address them.

Be an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions (e.g. CDE, Contracts, etc.) with strong ability to configure and present the solution in a customer-centric way (both Enterprise and Invest Accounts).

Main responsibilities:

• Work on new or existing account opportunities either independently with a transactional product sell or as part of a team with a solution sell.
• Help Sales achieve their goals for new revenue by offering technical expertise in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
• Work according to the PreSales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, deliver value-based conversations on client pitch calls using demos and presentations.
• Define product / solution scope to ensure an effective transition to implementation teams
• Develop presales knowledge base, by building and managing collaterals such as use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages.
• Assess and respond to RFI’s/RFP’s from a technical point of view.
• Detect new business opportunities with our existing customers.
• Give structured feedback to the product and the development teams.
