Middle Point in France is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate superyacht refit and maintenance projects from planning through execution, supervising onboard installations and budget control.

You will work with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and yacht representatives to ensure delivery according to planning, quality and technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or a similar technical field.
• Experience managing or coordinating projects in yacht building, refit, shipbuilding or ship repair.
• Experience coordinating technical works onboard yachts or vessels.
• Strong planning, progress monitoring and budget control skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Professional command of French and English.

For a leading international superyacht refit, repair and maintenance shipyard in France, we are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing project team. You will coordinate yacht refit and maintenance projects from planning through execution, supervising onboard installations, following project progress and supporting budget control. Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers and yacht representatives, you will ensure that projects are delivered according to agreed planning, quality and technical requirements.

• Plan and coordinate superyacht refit, repair and maintenance projects.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture or a similar technical field.
• Relevant experience in project management or project coordination within yacht building, yacht refit, shipbuilding or ship repair.
• Experience coordinating technical works and installations onboard yachts or vessels.
• Good understanding of project planning, progress monitoring and budget control.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Professional command of French and English.
