A maritime project management firm is seeking Project Managers in La Ciotat, France, to oversee yacht refit and repair projects. This role is open to all experience levels, from junior to senior positions. Candidates should have a background in project management within maritime or technical industries, ideally with project management certifications. Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Assist or lead yacht refit and repair project planning.
• Prepare project estimates, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external subcontractors.
• Act as a contact point for clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Oversee project progress and mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation

Connaissances

Proteus Professionals is partnering with a renowned international shipyard group specializing in superyacht refit, repair, and maintenance. To support their expanding operations in La Ciotat, we are seeking Project Managers at all seniority levels—from junior/assistant PMs to senior-level PMs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist or lead the planning and execution of yacht refit and repair projects
• Support or manage the preparation of project estimates, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate internal departments and external subcontractors
• Act as a primary or supporting point of contact for clients
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Oversee project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate project documentation

Ideal Profile

• Experience in project management within maritime, shipyard, engineering, or other technical industries (open to all levels)
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency is a strong advantage
• Technical understanding of marine systems or yacht engineering is a plus
• Project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, etc.) are beneficial for mid/senior hires
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
