SYR - Shoreside Maritime Recruitment is seeking a Yacht Re-fit Project Manager to lead refit teams and deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards.

Based in Antibes, the role requires hands-on engineering leadership, strong client communication and the ability to coordinate with shipyards, technicians and management across international projects. Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within the yachting or maritime sector.
• Strong hands-on knowledge across hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience leading engineering teams (10+ personnel) and coordinating with shipyards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee yacht refits and engineering projects from planning through delivery.
• Lead on-site and mobile teams, coordinating with shipyards and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with standards.
• Maintain project documentation and regular updates to management.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resource planning.
