Jobtailor seeks an experienced transformation leader to drive complex, multi-functional change across finance, supply chain, HR, IT and marketing. You will guide ERP/CRM implementations, oversee governance, and manage budgets, timelines and risks to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in consulting and/or transformation/ internal consulting.
• Strong command of the project life cycle and Agile methodologies.

Description du poste

• Define and lead operational, digital, and organizational transformation projects


• Oversee the redesign of key processes across finance, supply chain, HR, IT, and marketing


• Support the implementation of technology solutions such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, collaborative tools, and AI


• Identify innovation opportunities and develop strategic recommendations


• Conduct assessments and opportunity or feasibility studies


• Develop requirements specifications and manage calls for tender


• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops


• Oversee project quality, timelines, budgets, and risks


• Lead governance processes and steering committees


• Draft functional specifications


• Prepare and manage testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)


• Prioritize development work and manage the backlog with the technical team


• Prepare the deployment plan and track progress KPIs


• Analyze impacts and develop change management plans


• Design engagement initiatives tailored to teams and corporate cultures


• Organize and facilitate training and awareness sessions


• Lead project teams and coordinate engagements


• Serve as the liaison between the client and the team, anticipate risks, and propose solutions


• Manage client relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the practice


• Participate in calls for tender and prepare commercial proposals


• Monitor team performance, develop team members’ skills, and ensure the quality of deliverables


• Share best practices and provide methodological support to consultants


• Contribute to the Group’s internal and cross-functional projects, particularly in CSR, HR, and Marketing

Requirements

• Master’s degree (or equivalent), preferably from a business school


• At least 7 years of experience in consulting and/or within a transformation or internal consulting function


• Strong command of the project life cycle, including the V-Model


• Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)


• Interest in information systems and digital projects, particularly ERP, CRM, logistics, and HR solutions


• Ability to manage complex projects and lead change


• Good written and spoken English


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally


• Strong analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Methodical and rigorous approach
