Energy Jobline ATTB seeks a Civil Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up civil projects, coordinate the project team, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

You will collaborate with Estimating, oversee scheduling with CPM, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion while aligning with client expectations across Île-de-France.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science/management or engineering.
• 5+ years of civil construction ground-up PM experience.
• Strong leadership, time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• Fluency with construction scheduling and project management software.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.
• Lead, oversee, and coordinate all aspects and phases of the ground up construction project including collaborating with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.
• Responsible for monthly project financial forecast reporting, and owner billings.
• Ability to forecast and mitigate risk, managing company's exposure.
• Review and negotiate owner contracts, subcontracts, and proposals.
• Forecast staffing needs for self-perform work.
• Develop and maintain CPM schedule and lead construction operations to ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and project QA/QC.
• Evaluate progress and prepares executive project reports for company and owner groups.
• Assist in permitting processes per specific project needs.
• Leads project constructability reviews/plan checks, and associated documentation.
• Responsible for procurement and awarding of subcontracts.
• Contract administration, periodic onsite observations of work, and monitoring of drawing compliance.
• Responsible for the project close-out process.

Civil Construction Project Manager

The civil construction Project Manager provides the overall leadership for the execution of successful outcomes on civil construction projects. The Project Manager leads the project team with a focus on the customer, utilizing open communication, setting clear direction, and establishing high levels of expectations.

Project Manager Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Estimating during the Preconstruction phase.

• Fluency with construction scheduling and project management software.
