ewi Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, delivery and successful completion of multiple projects. You will manage projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are met while maintaining quality standards.

You will liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers and stakeholders, coordinating activities and communicating effectively throughout the lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, delivery and successful completion of a range of projects. The role will involve managing projects from initiation through to closeout, ensuring that objectives, timelines, budgets and quality standards are achieved. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to establish clear expectations, coordinate activities and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include defining project scope and deliverables, developing detailed schedules and budgets, allocating resources, and monitoring progress against agreed plans. You will identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, implementing appropriate mitigation and escalation strategies where required. The successful candidate will prepare regular progress reports, facilitate project meetings, maintain accurate documentation and ensure that governance, compliance, health and safety, and quality requirements are consistently met. You will also support continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and applying lessons learned to future work.

Applicants should have proven experience managing projects in a structured and commercially focused environment, with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget. Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise competing demands and make sound decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as is the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels and build productive working relationships. Experience with project management methodologies, planning tools, budget tracking and risk management is desirable. A relevant professional qualification or certification in project management would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented and comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team.
