Abonmarche in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects with clients, coordinate with staff, and keep projects profitable while meeting goals and schedules.

You will prepare proposals, manage deadlines, lead meetings, oversee budgets and scope, and ensure deliverables meet client needs. A PE license in Michigan and a civil engineering degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Experience in municipal, roadway reconstruction, sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, trails, traffic signals, site design for residential, commercial, educational, and industrial projects.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs.

Responsabilités

• Acts as the client's project champion and partner to ensure goals and schedules are met while coordinating with Abonmarche staff.
• Prepares proposals, contracts, and subcontracts.
• Establishes project deadlines and tracks progress; provides status reports.
• Leads kick-off, progress, and client meetings.
• Works with Business Development to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Defines team roles, schedules, and budgets with project staff.
• Monitors budgets and scope of work; reviews plans and reports for client needs.
