ixolabs.ai is seeking a Financial Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting within an AI-driven organization. You will partner with leadership to refine financial plans and ensure decision-quality data across the business.

In this role you will evaluate AI-generated analyses of statements, improve models, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, and lead ERP and reporting tool usage to drive profitability and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA or Master’s in Finance preferred
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting roles
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulatory requirements
• CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is highly desirable
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and financial planning software
