Capital Fund Management (CFM) is seeking a PM Tools Support role to help implement planning tools and no-code workflows for cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Trading, Research, Infrastructure, and Compliance teams, contributing to AI agent projects and risk analysis while advancing project management practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related, with PM specialization.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn, autonomy, dynamism and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Assist in implementing tools required for planning, organizing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Provide support for existing tools and workflows, particularly no-code solutions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including Trading, Predictions, Research, Infrastructure, and Compliance, to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI agents for the Project Management team.
• Help identify and analyze project-related risks.
• Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing tools required for planning, organizing, and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Provide support for existing tools and workflows, particularly no-code solutions.

Your Profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or a related university program, with a specialization in Project Management or a similar field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Eagerness to learn, strong autonomy, dynamism, and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Jira, and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Interest in emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning.
