AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse seeks an ERP S/4HANA Project Leader to architect and drive the SAP deployment across global operations. You will orchestrate pilot phases to migrate scope to the unified system, ensuring SAP standards and enabling ramp-ups for next-generation aircraft.

You will lead a complex program, align senior stakeholders, and apply SAP Activate while driving change management and leveraging data analytics to optimize ERP workflows.

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP S/4HANA Project Leader (f/m) to join our Digital for Operations Department based in Toulouse, France.

As part of the Airbus Resources Planning (ARP) program, you will strategically architect and drive the deployment of the ERP S/4HANA solution across global operations. You will orchestrate pilot phases (Avionics in Toulouse, Cabin Electronics in Buxtehude, A220 St. Eloi) to transition 100% of the impacted scope to this unified system, sticking strictly to SAP Standards while securing production ramp-ups to pave the way for next generation aircraft.

Your challenges:

• Drive the ARP strategy by aligning SAP S/4HANA solutions and decommissioning roadmaps with D&IM teams.
• Manage full project governance (quality, schedule, P&L) and arbitrate resources/risks while executing the Make-or-Buy strategy.
• Implement SAP Activate methodology and enforce strict SAP Standard compliance via Design Authority governance.
• Align senior cross-functional stakeholders across departments (1xx, Oxx, Dxx) and lead organizational change management.
• Apply BPRO process (Security-by-Design) and leverage cutting-edge technologies (AI, data analytics) to optimize ERP workflows.
