Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an ERP Planning & Supply Specialist S/4 (f/m) to join our Digital for Operation Department based in Toulouse, France. You will join the “ Digital for Operation” business department, the cornerstone of our industrial transformation.

Within this department, we aim to simplify, streamline, prioritize & unlock the full potential of the latest digital technologies for the benefit of our operations.

Qualifications

• Lead workshops translating complex shop-floor operational needs into End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
• Serve as the content authority to ensure "Fit-to-Standard" alignment, minimizing customization while prioritizing operational efficiency.
• Spearhead the Planning & Supply product definition within S/4HANA, driving the lifecycle from blueprint to operational reality.
• Act as the bridge between Information Management (IM) and site operations to find the optimal compromise between system standards and business value.
• Distill complex SAP logic into clear, business-driven visualizations to secure buy-in from senior stakeholders
